Error Whisperer is operated by Shore Pine Landscape Service LLC, doing business as Error Whisperer (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms.
The service: you paste an error message and/or code, and we use AI to generate a plain-English explanation and, for paid fixes, corrected code. Answers are AI-generated and provided “as is”, with no guarantee they are correct, secure or fit for your purpose. Always review and test changes before deploying them. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of AI-generated answers.
Accounts: paid fixes require logging in with an email magic link. Your fix credits are tied to that account.
What you paste: don't paste passwords, credentials, or data you don't have the right to share. We try to strip secrets automatically, but you are responsible for what you paste.
Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. A Single Fix is a one-time purchase of 1 fix credit. Builder and Pro are monthly subscriptions that renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and your plan runs until the end of the current billing period. Unused monthly fixes don't roll over. Prices are shown on the pricing section of the site.
Refunds: if the AI fails to return an answer, the fix credit is returned to your account automatically. If a fix doesn't work, paste the new error and we'll take another shot; if we still can't help, email us for a refund on single fixes. Other refund requests are handled case by case.
Acceptable use: no abuse, scraping, or attempts to bypass usage limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes: we may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, with venue in Kitsap County, Washington.
